Leading a horse in this 2-day workshop means leading yourself, leading others, leading teams, leading projects, leading companies.
In fact it has nothing to do with leading horses. But without horses this programme could not be of such profound insights.
The horse is metaphor and catalyst. Living in the here and now the horse mirrors us our behaviour, feelings and thoughts.
Horses help us to find back to our roots as conscious human beings.
