I own one of these flutes very good sound. I am pretty bad at playing them but it is nice to have history and heritage of the first nation peoples that I can talk to others about.

@CalmingWind Interesting comment, there is a video here of a guy who's been playing for 6 years, he has a lot of flutes and in this video where he reviews a Thompson flute he doesn't mention any tuning problem. w.youtube.com/watch?v=TRqcmATO
