It is a custom built led light that a local hydroponics store built out of led tube lights. They just took led bars put them in a cylinder of glass, installed a fan to blow the heat out and wired it up to a box that sits on the floor. They don't sell these lights, they were just fooling around in the shop on some down time and then they ended up lending the unit to a classroom for the school to conduct experiments on.
