  • great review mate, im from england i drink this when i go for a quiet one with a few friends. if you happen to do other cider reviews, check out magners and there is one called bulmers.

  • @cartz87 Cool man, thanks for watching!

  • Hi, we get 2lt bottles of that for around £3.00 thats about $2.00 and when poured into a tall glass such as tumbler it heads just like champane, it comes in 500ml cans as well and they are 6 for £5.00 thats around $3.00 but it costs £3.00 for just one pint in a pub and is not as good? your little bottle looks nice but what does that cost per pint

  • @Davidzapper Well, the 6-pack of 12 oz bottles is about $7 and I believe the 4-pack of 16 oz cans goes for approximately the same. Sorry I couldn't give you a more exact figure but thanks for watching!

  • Watched this review, proceeded to grab a can or two. have to say strongbow is my new favorite alcoholic beverage !!! delicious

  • @Kronikwisdom Glad I could help. Thanks for watching!

  • @Davidzapper The price is always going to be higher in the USA as Strongbow is imported from England... Here in England we dont have to pay for the importing costs so we get it cheaper... Sorry to be captain obvious.

  • I love your Rogue poster. Not a fan of all of their beers, but they make a few I enjoy. Dead Guy Ale is one of my favorite beers to have around.

  • @Hog40305 try Magners Irish Cider - its delicious, and also try Woodpecker - we English and Irish do good ciders!

  • @foonr Smell a cider like Les Celliers Associes (how posh am I, LOL).

The apples in that would give Newton a headache.

As soon as you open the bottle they hit you.

Many mass produced beers just don't have that.

So yeah I can certainly see what Hoggie means.

Nice review of a fairly good mass marketted cider.

  • ps "smells like apples"

a cider? smelling like apples? no fuckin way...

  • strongbow is one of the cheapest, most chemically ciders going, especially as it's mega-massed produced.

the people that tend to like it are those who don't really know anything about cider or have tried any of the 'real' english ciders

  • Just subscribed mate. Make sure to check out Woodpecker cider if you can get a hold of it, a hell of a lot sweeter than Strongbow but worth it.

  • yer us english now a 1 or 2 about cider lol
