im 4m namibia n this is not how it is really, this type of stuff only is in the really poor areas n namiba is not just bush n trees its just like the usa n other places

The so-called ambulance is a recipe for disaster, Namibia must STOP those things running in serving lives.
Namibia's rural areas have bad bumpy, and sand roads - if lucky, but overall many areas have no proper roads to navigate such bicycles. Please, STOP the practice!
It is a crime to knowingly put people's lives in DANGER...
