Seamus O'Regan was immediately impacted by the simplicity and effectiveness of Spread the Net. He was inspired by Spread the Net's global impact and the fact that, something as simple as a $10 bed net over a children while they slept could help prevent them contracting a deadly disease. Seamus O'Regan has been the co-host of CTV's Canada AM since 2002. From St. John's, Newfoundland, he was raised in Goose Bay, Labrador.
Seamus studied politics at St. Francis Xavier University and University College, Dublin, and marketing strategies at INSEAD, the international business school near Paris. He received his Master of Philosophy degree from the University of Cambridge, England. In 2000, Seamus joined talktv's current affairs programme, The chatroom.
