did you put a load on the 5volt ?

just connect 2 of the +12V lines in series and you will get a 24V output. to make it 22.2V just put a resistor in before your output to remove1.8V. ill let you do the math for the resistor but to find it you just ohms law. also your psu will output a TOTAL of 30A so if one is running at 30A then your psu will go up in smoke.

Thank you jupy!

Thank you sir.
Hi Eddie, maybe you can help me. I have converted my ps and want to use it for my Lipo battery charger to charge 11.1v and 22.2v Lipo batteries. I currently have about 6 (Yellow) +12v (15A) wires connected as one and power on my charger, it reads a strong 12v on the charger display but when I go to start charging my batteries, the power supply cuts out and I have no power. Any suggestions? I read I could use all the yellow wires but didn't have to. I was wondering if I should try the +5v (30A)?

Hello,
I think the problem is that you are trying to charge a 22.2 v battery from a 12 volt system.
It might work ok for the 11.1 v battery.
If I remember correctly the rule of thumb is the source should be 4 volts higher than the charging battery for a decent charge.
Read the back of your battery charger and look for output voltage and input voltage & amps.
You may have to convert a 24v power supply.
I hope that helps!

Eddie,
I haven't actualy tried it on a 22.2v lipo yet they are in the mail. But with regards to it cutting out its doing it on a 11.1v battery. Where my buddy uses his 12v power supply he bought at the hobby store (with the same charger) and it works fine. Just to be clear this doesn't have to do with 12v ps hookup having lower amps than the 5v with higher amps does it? Also I didn't use all the 12v wires only about 6/12 maybe I should hook them all up? Do you think that would matter?

@RCWinnipeg
That could very well be the problem.
Just FYI, it does not matter if you have one or three wires hooked together, the output will be the same.
If your charger requires an "amp" output of more than your power supply can provide, that would explain it.
Compare the outputs on your buddy's power supply to yours... Volts and amps.
The spec's are listed on every PSU.
Not all PSU's are created equal, some have higher outputs.
Good luck my friend.
