Sigh....the electrolysis to convert the H2O requires more energy then it returns. None of this is new, just another demonstration of our failing scientific educations.

If you aren't 'getting it;' he needs more power from batteries to turn the water to fuel then he is getting from burning it; he just as well should power the car DIRECTLY on electricity....amazingly enough what people are finally doing.

Fire is plasma, and not all fire is hot. Flames pouring out of the engine compartments of vehicles on the street which didn't ignite paper covering the ground were observed at the WTC on September 11. Energy is infinite, and some form of it was tapped to dustify the Twin Towers.

All videos of the Twin Towers show them turning to dust in mid air with no sings of explosives.
