  • you cannot use whey on the Daniel fast and you cannot use honey either.

  • I thought for the Daniel fast you should only use fruits & veggies, NO processed foods. I use fresh/frozen veggies added to my smoothies to make them NATURAL and healthy. I also use delicious Soy Milk w/vanilla for extra protein & add a bit of organic honey. Banana's do a great job hiding the veggie taste :-) and so does fresh pineapple. I usually add about 6-10 different fruits & veggies. And, remember your liver can only process so much fructose, be careful of too much fruit.
