You know... when I spent time in India, i saw exactly how the people there use the idea of Karma to deal with the unbelievable suffering they go through. It's the only way they can see reason in it. It is less painful than thinking "I had anything to do with this tragedy". Wow... my mind is blown!

I agree with the commenter below. It is so infantile. i can see how if "perspective" is what source is after and is satisfying that through physical form and expression that a "soul" would opt to experience the flip side of the coin so to speak Or even choose to re-activate issues which were a theme from a past life.

I love this explanation. People seem to need an excuse to feel like a victim and it seems like even karma becomes the next step in people relinquishing control as if life is being done TO them as a result of what they've chosen in a past life. So infantile!
