@BOUKEBANDSTRA You are correct that they are the first christian band to play this kind of music, but not the first to be released to the public. That honor goes to Vengeance Rising who formed in 1987 and recorded their first demo in 1988. The first album was released in 1989.

The first christian thrash metal band was Vengeance Rising (Orignally called Vengeance) The first christian thrash metal album was Human sacrifice released in 1988 by Vengeance Rising. This is classic metal not thrash.

this is thrash/speed metal mate... this cd is made of 2 demo's that were made in 1983..
so before vengeance rising ( or vengeance) vengeance has the first album on thier name maybe.. but not the first demo's.. this cd is released in 2009 but the both demo's come from ''83 and ''84... so it is the first christian thrash metal band..
