Nothing says you admire someone more than cultivating the same qualities in yourself. Honor the Sun this Summer Solstice by invoking your own inner fire with this Warrior Pose Sequence that builds heat, or tapas, in Sanskrit. This sequence takes concentration, balance and builds strength, mentally and physically. Don't give up. Try it several times, starting over each time in Downward Facing Dog Pose. Think about it like repeating a mantra with your whole body. Beginner's can place a chair arms-length from the front of their yoga mat to catch their fingertips in Warrior III Pose. Namaste, Kamala
