First, I want to say that Albanians in Macedonia first begin to migrate in the 16th century. As a major event for this migration is the Turkish documents which are published here in Macedonia, which are based on the original Turkish census made by the Ottoman Empire from the 15th and 16th century.
These Turkish censuses are all recorded, the entire population that lived in the territory of Macedonia, including one west of where the Albanians claim to have always inhabited.
In any settlements in the villages and towns in western Macedonia, somewhere in the 15th and 16th century is not dominant Albanian population, ie if any, they are very limited. It is a fact published in Turkish Turkish defteri documentation.
Secondly, the Albanian population in Macedonia began to inhabits, as I said, somewhere in the 16th and 17th centuries, and they come to this area as settlers from the area Ljuma from northern Albania through Kosovo come to Macedonia.
