Okay I hate surprises its better to know! Please tell me where we are going. I whined while I put a pout on my face.
Youll like the surprise trust me. He said with a cocky smile and I smiled back.
Fine your lucky I trust you. I said as I gave him a slight shove.
Watch it Im driving! He said with a smile. Okay we are here. He said as he turned his car off.
Where is here? I asked looking around an empty field.
Our track. He said with a smile as he went to the back of his truck.
What do you mean by that? I asked skeptically when I saw a motorcycle. Oh my gosh what is that for? I asked as my eyes widened in aw.
Ever drive one before? He asked as he lifted it off the bed of the truck and softly placed it on the grassy earth below us.
Well no not really. I replied timidly.
Oh well I will teach you then. He said as an evil grin formed across his face.
Um right but um, Oh you dont have helmets oh shucks guess we cant ride. I said and began walking back to the passenger seat.
Chill Taylor they are right here. He said with a chuckle as he followed behind me and handed me a large silver motorcycle helmet.
Oh good your prepared. I said faking a smile.
Youre not nervous are you? He asked clearly amused by my nervousness.
Maybe, a little I said as I looked from his eyes down to the dirt filled tires on his truck.
Dont be Ill protect you. He said placing his arm around my shoulder and walking me back to his bike.
So you first? I asked hopeful.
Nope you first. Ill sit behind you. He said as he gestured me towards the bike.
I put my helmet on and sat on the bike while Corey put his helmet on and sat behind me. He started the bike and then wrapped his arms around my waist. He told me how to start and I did as he said. It stalled and we both fell off the bike to the ground. Some how he ended up on top of me and the bike on top of me. He slowly tried to push up from the ground to get the bike off of us. As he began to stand the bike fell to the other side of us. When he was able to stand straight up he gave me his hand to help me up. I smiled up at him and graciously took it. We both brushed off and then smiled at me.

You okay? He asked as he smiled at me.
Yea you protected me. Youre my hero! I said as I clapped my hands together and placed them to my face.
Ha Ha very funny. Wanna try again? He asked still smiling.
I dont know can you promise I wont die? I asked stubbornly.
Nope. He said as his smile grew.
Well then how could I say no? I answered now smiling back.

He kept trying to teach me to drive the bike and by the time it started getting dark I was actually driving it without falling. When it got too dark we had to stop riding. He put he bike back in the truck and we headed home. I have to admit that was the most fun Ive had in a long time. When ever Im with Corey it is always so much fun. He drove me home and we said goodnight and I went right up to my room. The second I got in my room my phone began to ring. I was surprised to see that it was Kyle calling.

Um hey Kyle whats up? I asked taken back.
Hey uh I just called to say hi and see what your up to. He said quietly.
Um I just got home Corey taught me how to drive a motorcycle. I said smiling as I thought of the memory of my afternoon.
Oh so are you guys a couple now or something? He asked and I could hear the let down in his voice.
Um no we are just good friends. I assured him.
Oh thats cool. So I was thinking maybe we could get some dinner tomorrow night? He said with a voice full of hope.
Uh not to sound rude or anything but I though you hate me? I asked still wondering why he called.
Well I dont thats just how I act when I like someone but I dont want them to know yet. He said and I knew he was telling the truth.
Oh so you like me? I asked with a smile. Thank goodness he cant see me!
Yea I do. He said timidly again.
Oh thats so sweet yea Id love to go to dinner with you tomorrow. I answered.
Really? Cool so Ill see you tomorrow around 6? He asked.
Sounds great see you tomorrow. I said and hung up. Wow I have a date with Kyle tomorrow! Should I tell Corey? I should I mean its not like Corey likes me he is just my friend. Sure I like him but I need to explore other options, right?
