Get next to a diesel electric freight train, (and ALL freight trains are diesel electric), and tell me how much noise it would produce in a sports car? You want horse power? Diesel electric trains have more than ANY conventional gas engine of the same size. Get used to it, the Earth ain't flat no more, boys, the electric monster cars are coming, and they will whip yo ass!

@yzs4life The entire run consumes only 0.5 kWh at a cost of $0.05. Aside from the fact the battery capacity is large enough for the bike to do 10 runs on a single charge, a 'top up' between runs takes only 10 mins!

Is there a website that has the specs on the electric motor and battery / capacitor and controller setup. I go to school at Michigan Tech and I am very interested in starting a project. What are you using to charge the batteries? Assuming it is about a 500 amp circuit off a rigged generator but just wondering? Love the bike. LOL $0.07 per run which is sweet. Is it running high voltage or high current? or both
