Le choix de Rotterdam, vaste centre urbain dun million deux cent mille habitants, sinscrit dans la droite ligne de lexceptionnelle entame du Tour à Londres, en 2007. Le projet proposé « Rotterdam et le Tour, une énergie nouvelle » nous a séduit ; il sinsère dans une politique globale qui vise à ancrer, plus que jamais, le vélo au cœur de la ville, en sadossant à la plus grande course cycliste du monde, le Tour de France. Des bords de la Tamise au premier port dEurope, la même envie, la même volonté.
