JEFFREY'S BACKGROUND:
--was gifted athlete in middle school, high school: Despite offers of more than 60letters-of-intent for athletic scholarships he attended the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where he distinguished himself by becoming the first Black in Naval Academy history elected football team co-captain; he was also the first selected as a football All-American.
--was a leader in the Navy and the private sector: After graduating, he went on to earn three Master Degrees, command six different Navy ships, and serve in a series of high-profile assignments. He was also an executive for two nonprofits and as a business consultant with a international consulting firm based in Washington, D.C.
--is an extraordinarily effective motivational speaker: His passion is entertaining, educating, inspiring, and empowering others to S.O.A.R. to new heights of personal, professional, and organizational achievement. He folds elements of his life's challenges and victories into powerful, interactive presentations that provides youths and adults with helpful philosophical insights, and with foundations for creating or improving their roadmap for success.
