In this excerpt Mike Francesa responds to the Phil Mushnick article in the January 21, 2011 edition of the NY Post, in that article, Mushnick alleges that when Bill Parcells was the coach of the NY Jets, Francesa walked around wearing a Jets jacket and had fantasies of becoming the Jets GM or general manager, after being denied his fantasy, Francesa began to attack the Jets organization.

In addition to responding to Mushnick, Francesa contends that while Bill Parcells was the coach of the New England Patriots, Francesa would attend many meetings and could go anywhere within the organization. MikeFrancesa.com wonders how this was possible considering Francesa had a five day a week talk show in Astoria, NY.
