physical size of the tornado has no bearing on it's strength. While very wide or "wedge" tornadoes do tend to be strong, there have been many that have been barely EF-1 strength. and visa-versa, there have been some EXTREMELY powerful, narrow tornadoes.. the F-5 that hit Oakfield in 1996 was less than 100yds wide. The F-e that hit Elie, Manitoba was even smaller.. there are NO set standards when visually seeing a tornado and assesing what it's strength is going to be.. they can change on a dime.

AMAZING footage...but...erm, shouldn't you be heading for shelter rather than standing on an upper level with your camera? :) I didn't hear any sirens going off, that's a bit worrying!
