Furthermore, Lalonde says that reconsidering the clean-up plans would cause too many delays and incur extra spending.
All people have a right to complain. They tell us they are doing it wrong, that we should clean the entire lagoon — but if we do that the cost will more than double — it might be as high as $40 million or even $80 million, and the results might not even be better, Lalonde claimed.
