Pipe Bands from all over the world gathered in Edinburgh for Pipefest 2010 in support of several charities including Marie Cure cancer care. The event started with a march along the Royal Mile from Edinburgh Castle down to Holyrood park. The parade was led by former Scotland Rugby captain Gavin Hastings and included pipers and pipe bands from not only Scotland, but also Switzerland, Holland, the USA and Canada.
