@gf50991 Hi Gustavo! I'm not sure, to be honest! Since last year, I've changed my lesson style several times. However, I think the 10 times is because the students had to do dictation practice. They had to do dictation on their own and in class. And I think listening to something 10, or in this case, 20 times, will help with grammar and speaking in English.

Why did you recommend to listen at least 10 times before class and 10 times after class? I meant Why 10 times?
