@jottamartins I am not an expert either but my best friend is. I posed the same question to him. He basically told me that that movement is involuntary. In other words the passage of the air through the throat causes an involuntary movement in the jaw. Its very evident in the highest note at 3:47. I've seen it in other really good singers as they approach their upper range. I could be wrong in some area but thats what I think.

this is beautiful...but at 2:09 and throughout the performance...are we suppose to see all that throat wobbling ? isn't that a poor singing technique? I mean....the vibrato is produced by your vocal chords, it isn't something that you can physically see from the outside. Of course I'm no expert, but I'm still wondering.
