Maybe I just lucked out but I downed loaded Xmeeting and it worked as a point to point video. If you are having problems you might want to try it thru the Polycom bridge.

This is cool, how did you do this. I think I saw Xmeeting running? Is that piping through iChat?
I have had problems getting Xmeeting to work.
