Children in need 2010

The Harwich Schools fundraising efforts began on Monday 15th November with a cake sale, which also took place every day and raised a total of £180.

Lunchtime events included a student concert, a fayre and a staff v students netball match.

Friday saw the school go 'spots and geeks' crazy, with many students sporting black rimmed glasses and blazers.
The community challenge of 'filling Pudsey's paw' with spare change went extremely well, with students raising over £300 in loose change!

The main event took place on Friday lunchtime, with The Harwich School's very own version of The X Factor. 24 members of staff took on the role of various acts including Wagner, One direction, Cher Lloyd and Diva Fever, with a finale of Jedward and Vanilla Ice (performed by The Head Teacher)

A total of £2120 was raised at latest count. An amount that we are extremely proud of.
