Hi, I agree with you, Ayya Tathaaloka is indeed a truly shining light, and that came through on the video - we had a lot of positive feedback by those who were inspired by her presence on this clip (and I too had much gladness and joy in my heart when I watched it).
However, others weren't inspired, and I guess those who are more used to - I don't know - more serene and austere representations of bhikkhuni thought it wasn't proper, we had quite a few complaints and so ended up editing her out.
