  • how big is your layout whidth and length wise looking good also

  • @ChrisBCrazy12 Thanks ! It is about 14 foot by 8

  • If you're struggling to get the tilt action on camera, try holding the camera lower towards the track - and with the camera held at the far end of the track, use the zoom to get a close-up of the corners. If you look at my videos, there's one or two of my APT racing against a Pendolino - and the APT tilts visibly more.

    Good layout though.

  • @locosandlogos Thanks Andrew good advice. Sadly though i no longer have the APT have gone more towards early BR blue. Haven't uploaded any vids lately but things have changed alot.

  • Well laid out, it should be really good when you get the scenary done.

  • Thanks i'm pleased with what i managed to fit into a 14.5 foot by 8 foot space. I have just uploaded my latest video showing my finally finnished branch line and begining of the brewery. Can't wait to get started on the land.

  • Yes it is. Actually the tilting mechanism worked too well and as the story goes that on the day of it's press release the passengers had a little too much corporate cheer (hic) which obviously resulted in much sickness and a bad review ! Shame because it was way ahead of it's time. Hornby made a few thousand models in the 80's which you can still pick up....try ebay.

  • is that a model of the first ttilting train going round that used to make people feel ill when they went on it? if it is where did you get it from??? would be nice to have one.

  • Thanks ! Still a work in progress !
