isnt this a coincidence: In breaking dawn we find that the werewovles are actually shapshifters where they sort of choose to change into a werewolve. the coinincidence here is that JKR describes that no1 no's wat shapeshifters look like and that they take the appearance of what the person fears most. there are plenty of things in twilight that made me think that smeyer is copying from JKR and other authors.

it's romance so it focuses only on love. yeah i hate Bella too and their love with Edward is sick and this book targets only on teenage girls who can find a boyfriend but sometimes it has its own speciality.we can’t compare harry potter book with twilight book(though many twilight fans relish doing it since twilight became a phenomenon and harry potter fans followed it)but we CAN compare Rowling and Meyer’s ability to write.and then we can say that Rowling is way better than Meyer.

@Will0j2 Yes, but even romance can have other branches to it. Writing 100% romance is something that no one would really like to read, and its immature and childish writing.

however, I'd give a better argument for the 7 reason: Twilight has been created not only for teenage girls because S. Meyer likes better that social group, but because it's where you can get much more money: teenage girls are in majority the group that consumes more entertainment. this is why we see love stories and pop culture everywhere

It may seem corny that the good guys won, but JK sacrificed so many good and bad that it doesn't seem like a win. Well, you know what I mean. She also had to kill off every adult really close to harry (Sirius, Dumbledore, Mad-eye, His parents) so he truly felt like he had no one to look up to. Also harry potter is so interesting! Every page has something new and exciting where twilight? It feels like every page is a prison sentence.

Harry Potter > Twilight.

Will you all chill out? Twilight is all based on looks and how an emo girl is given everything she wants. Harry Potter isn't just about the looks. It's more about the personality and the characters past to make them either good or evil. There's really no point in Twilight, I puked after reading it..

Point 41, S.Meyer never made her villains bad by what they looked like, all of them were Vampires. Besides Voldemort wasn't exactly a looker if anything Harry Potter had more discrimination.

Many of your points were contradictory and kind of bias to the type of fantasy genre H.P is. H.P is a great book but there is no reason to compare it to Twilight as they are obviously marketed to different demographics and are both successful in their own right.
