I was 15 or 16 around this time. I remember watching this game back in Philly being a huge MJ fan. I was really pissed Perkins made that last second shot in game 1 to beat my bulls. The anticipation leading up to this series was huge. The past meeting the present in the form of Magic vs Michael. Was the torch going to be passed. These were all things going through people's minds back then. Having moved to LA years ago, whenever I pass the forum, I think of the excitement that it use to bring.

I remember watching these Finals as a kid in LA having experienced 5 Lakers' titles. I didn't even know who the Chicago Bulls were let alone Michael Jordan. After game one I thought these guys (Bulls) were scrubs. Then in game 2, that fucking move @ :57 that I have never forgotten, and I came to despise and hate Jordan and his Bulls ever since. The whole Finals I couldn't understand how these no name scrubs were dominating my great Lakers. Thank god they're gone. LAKERS once again CHAMPS 2010!
