What is cPanel?  Why do I need that to install the new version?

cPanel is like your desktop where you can choose options to perform some works on your web hosting.

It has many icons, like File Manager, Fantastico to allow you uploading, downloading, or installing some softwares in your webhost.

You can install wordpress in Fantastico, which is faster, but I prefer installing wordpress manually in cPanel.
