The problem with manipulating a flat image as if it were a three dimesional object, from a single angle of perspective, is that it will inevitably become proportionately impossible and distorted. If you turned the photoshopped girl back into a three dimensional image and looked at her from a different angle she would be completely mangled and bizzare looking.
