Jeez that guy blows me away- I have never heard him repeat a phrase- most guitarists have a bag of favorite runs but not JG. It's like he is looking at the guitar as a vast fractal landscape and never sees the same thing twice. Couple that with his sense of melody and you have the best ever!!

@noodleprincess1 @rigby333 I loved seeing JGB... saw them a ton of times over the years. Truth be told, though, I have to think that Phil was right: John Kahn was a BAD influence on Jerry and can be held partially responsible (as much as one being can be responsible for the issues of another) for Jerry's problems with smack. God rest both of their souls. BTW, I'm a Kahn fan and learned a lot of my licks from listening to him. I'm just trying to be realistic about what happened, historically.
