What kind of exhaust do you have? Sounds badass
Joenm10 1 year ago
@Joenm10 custom full length 2 1/8 tube header, into 3" exhaust all the way to the stock location. All mandrel bent, tig welded, ceramic coated, 2 chamber flowmasters. Yes it is loud when you jump on the throttle.

Thanks for the compliment, what are you doing to your 63

@quik9r Hi quik9r, i'm building a 350 / 400hp sb and sticking a Richmond 4-speed behind it. If I may ask, what did you do about a rear end for your car? I know the stock ones are good for 1 or 2 hole shots and they're done. My 64 I had some 25+ years ago went through a bunch of them. Any suggestions?

@camflex66
we are still using the stock rear with a 3:36 posi and a stock 14" tire! If there is no traction no fear of breaking the 17 spline axles. My other car is a 409 with 3:70 posi and have pounded on it for 25 years with no issue. If money is not issue 9" ford looks stock from underneath or find 12 bolt form 65 chevelle is about the correct width.
