The tax code is not the law of the land.....the CONSTITUTION IS!!!

  • @Tealy855 That contract you're talking about is the Social Security application. It's the Social Insurance Number up here in Canada. They tried to pin Brian Lutes in B.C. for 5 counts of failure to file. Too bad for them that he didn't have a SIN and he was willing to fight it in court. But Revenue Canada wont put that case on thier website, just the ones where SIN holders tried to fight the tax and lost. Which is proper, because they "agreed" to be a Taxpayer by applying in the first place.
