@ThisGuyWithTheGuitar or fender didn't think any one would buy a $1,500 Pete Wentz bass, cause if you're going to spend that much on a bass, chances are you're already better than him already.

@Willificationify I saw them on an awards show once, he plays all the strings at once (mutes three and frets the note he wants, then strums them all) and though he plays really really simple basslines he still manages to be way out of the pocket. So yeah, he kind of sucks :/

I'm not massively fond of this guy. But he's been playing Bass for quite a few years, I imagine he's probably quite decent. He just plays simple stuff, he says because he likes to just 'stay in the pocket'. Or he could just suck, I don't know. Seems to me like he doesn't care about bass and just wants to be famous.
