Honda / Insight
At the JPCA Show 2009, Honda exhibited an actual model of its topical eco-car, the Insight, as well as a cutaway body, IMA engine, cutaway CVT, and instrument panel with eco-assist capabilities.

Along with an actual driving demo, Honda used the cutaway model to demonstrate assistance while accelerating, and recharging the battery while decelerating.
