Those axle mounted cannons would have to be perfectly synchronized, and never have a miss-fire, or else the recoil would throw the wheel left or right. Terrible placement of the weapons. What are they for, popping tires? Oh yeah, it's Batman, so everything has to be non-lethal anyway....

Actually, they'd probably be like, "HOLY SHIT!! GET OFF THE ROAD!!" Seriously, that thing took up about 2 lanes. It was HUGE.
