@shuboy05 K&L? Lucky man.

@NickHiryu cool..yeh i think jim beam black is probably best compromise in both taste and value...my everyday drink is evan williams...i love wild turkey and buffalo trace too...also because of my father i like old charter lol
-
@arkee71 Well I'm definitely a bourbon guy...I typically buy Jim Beam Black, since it is (in my opinion) the best all around whiskey for it's price. If I could afford it, I'd probably buy Bookers every day haha. Buffalo Trace has replaced Makers Mark on my budget, however.

@NickHiryu omg...i cant imagine paying that...i dont go to bars anymore though...so im outta touch with that scene..i just buy a bottle...anyway what other whiskeys do you like?
-
@arkee71 It really may be. I'm lucky enough to have found a bar where I live where it costs a mere 5 dollars a shot. (During happy hour, shots are buy one get one)
-
@NickHiryu i couldnt agree more with your comment...this whiskey may be the most underrated around
-
@unclebud99 its a wheated whiskey..like wellers...very vanilla...but its too good to be called an "everyday whiskey" imho
-
now this is a good fuckin whiskey

@GSDubz Bulleit has more rye, I believe, and tastes a bit more fruit and spice. With the BuffaloTrace you get more of that corn sweetness. It's my favorite everyday whiskey...very good taste and tons of bang for the buck.

For those that have tried both Bulleit and BT, how do they compare?
Mine is rated at 90 proof or 45% alcohol by volume. Its nice and smooth. Wont quite make fire blow from your ears and nose.

This has got to be my favorite overall bourbon. For $21.99 it shames just about every other whiskey in its price range. Even at 90 proof it goes down smooth and has a thicker mouthfeel than other bourbons I've had. Has some caramel notes on the taste as well. Only problem is like you guys said, it's not more widely available which needs to be remedied ASAP.
