Tennis Elbow Exercises - 6 effective Tennis Elbow Exercises
Do you have Tennis Elbow?? Take my FREE INTERACTIVE TENNIS ELBOW VIDEO ASSESSMENT http://www.diyinjuryrehab.com/tennis-elbow-assessment/

Are you doing the correct Tennis Elbow Exercises for your problem as it is now??

Tennis Elbow or Lateral Epicondylitis is one of the most common elbow injuries. It is a degenerative condition causing elbow pain on the outside or lateral elbow.

Find out all you need to know about Tennis Elbow help at http://www.diyinjuryrehab.com/epicondylitis-elbow-pain-tennis-elbow-help/tenn...

Tennis elbow treatment can take many forms from ultrasound treatment through to elbow surgery. Epicondylitis surgery is the last resort for Tennis Elbow tendonitis and can be prevented with an appropriately structured course of Tennis Elbow exercises.
The video playing above is just a general few exercises to get you started but what you need is an exercise program that takes into account the level of Tennis Elbow that you have.

That's where my FREE TENNIS ELBOW VIDEO ASSESSMENT at http://www.diyinjuryrehab.com/tennis-elbow-assessment/ makes all the difference. It carefully works out what level of Tennis Elbow exercise is appropriate for your elbow injury at this time - "not a one size fits all" approach (like most others I see on the internet!)

Please take the Assessment and leave some comments below I'd love your feedback.

  • Thanks for the video. How much pressure should be exerted during the strength exercises? Same with the stretches, how much pressure should we exert? Thanks.

  • @mjamesone Good question - stay short of any pain in your elbow. It can be uncomfortable though. On a scale of 0 to 10 no more than a 3 or 4 at most. The same applies to the stretch ex.

  • Excellent explanation, as always it comes down to the disciplined approach of doing the exercises daily and probably more than once

  • @christopherbanner totally agree and I recommend twice a day for the exercises

  • Thanks for the prompt reply. When you say "no more than 3 or 4...on a scale of 0-10" are you referring to how much strength to apply (with ten being a maximum effort} or are you referring to a pain threshold? In my case, the tennis elbow has become chronic and I usually don't feel pain during exercises (even with maximum efforts), but rather I might feel it the next day if I over due things. Thanks for any help.
