美食食譜-臘肉青江菜飯


材料:
青江菜、湖南臘肉、米2杯、薑末、鹽、白胡椒粉、水2杯、糖

做法:
1.青江菜切碎,沙鍋中放少許油,把臘肉先炒出香味,再加入薑末,再加入切碎的青菜。
2.2杯水加入鍋中,加少許鹽、白胡椒粉與糖調味,調勻之後再把米下鍋。
3.等水煮滾之後,蓋上鍋蓋,關小火煮10-15分鐘,水分略煮乾之後,再關火悶5-10分鐘即可。
