A short film about the dangers of nihilism! This was conceived, written, shot, edited and rendered in a 24-hour period on a budget of $10, half of which I borrowed from someone else. It's also been converted and compressed about a hundred or so times so the image quality might be lacking in a few places. The main purpose of this exercise was to see how well I could imitate David Lynch.
EDIT: Argh, the conversion to flash screwed up the audio timing, which is a big part of the film! Just imagine that the ticking sound effect is timed with the visual cuts.
i liked the acting of guy in the red shirt

What I love about this is how you were aiming for flat out satire, but you accidentally made it meaningful and good and thought provoking. It doesn't feel so much like Lynch, more like you saw a bunch of Lynch aping student films and said "Let me show you what you're trying to do" without even having seen any Lynch movies. You totally accidentally infused this with some meaning.
