Bare trust makes rowdy rentals homeless

Question: I hate the owners of the house next door. And they hate me.

I live in a quiet suburb which is close to the local university. Just to annoy me, they insist on renting their house to rowdy tenant after rowdy tenant. I am sick of the constant noise, parties and picking up glass bottles from my front lawn. I have spoken to the council and apparently there is nothing they can do.

Their property is now for sale (marketed as a "university rental dream"). I can't handle these rowdy tenants forever. I want to buy the property -- that way I choose my neighbours. My first offer was rejected because they refuse to sell to me. My accountant mentioned that I could purchase property anonymously through a trust? This is exactly what I want. Is my accountant correct?
