So I bought one of those cheap 8gb Keychain video cameras off ebay ($11 for the camera and $10 for shipping). I mounted it on the tail of my Trex 250 (which has the Align Hughes 500E fuse on it). The flat top section of the T-Tail made a perfect mounting spot. I just used some tape to hold it on.
In this short video, I take off, climb up to about 100 feet and then come down low and do some close in hovering. It's hard to see, but I am cutting the rose petals.
The video actually looks real good when you watch the original video, but YouTube cust the quality quite a bit.
Nice camera tricks there dood LOL. Fly a normal flight, land it, pick up the heli to simulate flight, bring the heli in close to objects, then release the heli at the end. Funny how the heli has pitch / rpm changes in the air before 1:01, but no pitch or rpm change, while in your hand. The only thing you hear change is the gyro strain a bit on the tail when you spin it. At 2:49 you release the heli, (look and listen to the head), in normal flight again then land it. Cool video though lol.

That's awesome! Wasn't it tail heavy with the camera? Also how do u like the trex 250 with the fuselage?
