BUG Too (2) Gameplay SEGA Saturn

Ok here's a great but often overlooked gem of a game for the Saturn. I loved the game and loved how each level was Themed on classic films ect , there was such imagination and thought put into this game , some of the bosses were great , the whole game is just full of humour and some great one liners . Also take a note of the misting effects inthe video, they're some of the best I've ever seen , and you could almost tase the mist , it was so real :).

Great game , just way too hard for its own good, and you should have been able to save at the check points . I wish SEGA would make a Bug III on todays Hardware .

Nostalgia... too bad I never beat levels two or three....

The only problem with this game is because you can't adjust the camera, and the perspective is really bad. Some later jumps are really hard to judge (the water level was a nightmare). They should have done like in Dark Savior (sprites over 3d backgrounds too, but you can move the camera to see where you are going to jump).

finally got this back after prolly 10 years. Forgot how good it is. music is kick ass too.

This was the first Saturn game I ever played. On a chilly December afternoon in Euclid Square Mall in a Kay Bee Toys while ditching school. I bought the system and game a few days later when I got paid. But enough about me, how's by you?

There is a save feature in the first Bug!....it autosaves your progress after each boss fight (you do 3 regular levels, then a boss fight).The only problem is that the game is fairly difficult so actually getting to the boss fights is a problem, let alone beating them. And just to put the boot in, the game saves the amount of lives and continues you have, so if you died a lot on one world, you're pretty much screwed on the next unless you redo the previous world again and get killed less.
