Using Stits Poly Fiber and Poly Tone? Examining the paint.

In the Searey community, we have had instances of incorrectly-applied Stits Poly Fiber coverings, with a possible loss of fabric strength in three years or less.

Here, I'm conducting a quick exploration down, through the layers correctly-applied Poly Tone, Poly Spray and Poly Brush over Stits Poly Fiber fabric on my own 2001 Bill Neil Searey prior to repainting.
