The last time I checked, A first state Butcher cover is worth 15,000.00 to 30,.000.00. A 3rd state (trunk cover peeled off) is worth about 1500.00 to 3000.00 Now these values may have increased or gone down since i checked into it a year ago or so, but your estimate of a top price of 1500.00 is incorrect.

Yeah I hate when people buy some LP's just because they are expensive and rare. A record can be rare and expensive and crap at the same time. Buy vinyl because you like the release, not because whatever you're buying is rare and popular. I face palm every time I see a collector's video and the only thing they ever have is 100's of shitty popular old metal/rock/pop LP's, quanity and popularity over quality. That's not collecting , that's what I call hording.
