wonderful hair hunny,... adore your techniques:)

You have given me help and encouragement. I chopped all of my hair off in July 2010 and it is growing, just taking some time to get there. It is so good to see African American women growing out long healthy hair. I will continue to watch you on your journey and keep up the great work!

Your hair is GORGEOUS!!! Does your hair tend to get dry during the month. If so, do you add more of the AVEDA oil to your hair or do you add some other type of other moisturizer?

@dllewis76 No, my hair was not dry in September (when the video was filmed). My hair has been dry lately (during the winter months), so I've been doing alot of hot oil treatments for my scalp. I use heavy oils - olive oil - coconut - grapeseed when I'm wearing a protective style. When I want to preserve my rollerset hair style - I use a very light oil like aveda.

@MsMy215
I'm been doing this technique (literally) for the past 10 years!
My hair has been cut (not trimmed) SO MANY times over the past 10 years... the routine would change (a little) with each new hairstyle/haircut.
