Call Center Scandal

This is a recording from a call center in the Philippines. This is about a balikbayan from the US who can't withdraw in the Philippines using his US Bank ATM Card and started to insult the poor call center agent, and even insulted the Pinoys (forgetting she's Pinoy)...a typical example of the kind of mentality affecting some of our kababayans in the overseas today.
