when I started to do Yoga, I knew, my dream is to make Scorpion pose. I just love it.! Now I can't even make a handstand without wall, but I am trying every day, and one day I will make a scorpion pose.!

@msgymnastics4eva Dolphin is like down dog, but you are on your forearms, not hands. Hope this isn't a repeat...thought I had responded to this, but don't see the response. Not sure the Sanskrit name, but I've not heard it called many other things besides Dolphin pose. I know yogatic (poster on YouTube) has a vid of it. Probably many others. Sorry I don't have time to look!
