Spirit Message-Trusting What You Receive

Often we get messages from God, our higher selves, our angels and our spirit guides, yet we do not really "hear" them. It is important to trust the messages we receive as they are signposts down our life path towards success and happiness. They are the answers to the "test" of life.

Would you submit to proper testing with regard to your claims?

I am not sure what "Proper" testing is. Often scientific evidence is geared towards disproving rather than proving. Also, why is it important that I somehow change your belief systems via my experiences. What it should be is changing your own belief systems through your own learning and experiential growth. Learn how to tap into spirit, have your own incredible experiences, then you can tell other about what you have learned. All of us are tested every day. Show me your tests. :-)

I have my own beliefs and you quite rightly are entitled to your beliefs.However when I see something in a public forum that is in my view clearly nonsense Id rather be honest and say so.I disagree with you about scientific testing .You talk of spirit guides .I dont think these exist so it would be nice to see this claim tested in order to either confirm or deny my own belief. I trust my own logic

Belief is just that, belief. On the one hand you say I am entitled to my beliefs, then you say it is nonsense. True, deeper experience comes not from the conscious mind, but from the intuitive and deeper experiencing self. There is no testing to prove the existence of spirit guides, but study, openess and quieting the mind and self. There are many paths, many how to books, etc. There is no better proof than actual experience. You can prove to yourself they exist, you don't need anyone else.

My background is science. I have a bachelors in Science and have worked in the scientific and medical community for 22 years, and still do. But science is magic depending on place and time. It is all about energy. What you see as nonsense now, may be fully embraceable to your future self. Many societies have believed fully in the existance of spiritual beings that help us. In fact all societies have some belief in spiritual guides. Just because you don't believe doesn't mean they don't exist.

you can do all the 'testing' in the world and it still wouldn't explain why things are they way they are... our matter doesnt disappear when we die so why should so our souls?
